Q: Do I need to register an account in order to purchase items?

A: No. You may register an account with a password to make it easier to check out or we also offer guest check out.

Q: How do I add items for purchase to my cart?

A: There are two ways to add items to your cart. The first is by clicking the Add to Cart button for the individual item on the category pages. The second is by clicking the Quick View button on the photo. This takes you to the individual item page where you can see a larger photo of the item

When you add an item to your cart in one of these two ways, you will be given the option to either check out or to continue shopping. By choosing continue shopping, you will be redirected to the category page you were previously shopping on. 

Q: When I click the Continue Shopping button after adding an item to my cart, it redirects me to the individual item page instead of the category page I was shopping on. Why does this happen?

A:This happens when you either click on the title of the item or the picture to see a larger photo of the item. Make sure to click the actual Quick View tab. This will make sure you are redirected to the category page you were shopping on.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Paypal payments or credit card payments through Paypal.

Q: Is the Sports Page website secure?

A: Yes. We take our customer's security seriously. Our site is protected with an SSL((Secure Sockets Layer) certificate issued by Symantec. The program is call Encryption Everywhere. It allows the shopper to browse and make payments in complete privacy.

Q: How long after paying for my order can I expect delivery of my items?

A: We ship all orders withing 24 hours of receiving payment. You will get a tracking # to track your package once your item has been packaged for shipping?

Q: Do you ship outside the US?

A: No. We do not accept International orders.

Q: How much will I be charged for Shipping & Handling?

A: All orders are charged a flat rate of $3.50 for Shipping & Handling.

Q: Will I get the item pictured in the listing? 

A: All items showing a picture of the item are of the exact item you will be receiving unless it is marked as a Stock Photo in the description.

Q: Why do you use stock photos for some items?

A: Stock photos are only used for less expensive items that cost less than a dollar and or have multiple listings for that item. All items with stock photos will be marked as such in the item description.

Q: Why do some listings not have photos?

A: Listings without photos are generally less expensive items of newer modern cards or we have multiple quantities available for that item. In some cases a photo may be added in the future. 

Q: How often do you update your store or add new items?

A: With the launch of the store, we will be adding new items everyday.

Q: Do you give any discounts?

A: Yes! All orders of $50 to $99.99 will get an automatic 5% discount at checkout. All Orders over $100 will get an automatic 10% discount at checkout.

Q: Do you have a newsletter where I can get updates on new listings or for deals or specials you may be running?

A: Yes. Just enter your email address at the bottom of our home page where it says "Join Our Mailing List". You will also have the option to join our mailing list when you checkout on an order.

Q: What are your grading standards?

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We have a 10 day return policy. Just message us if you want to return an item. We will refund the purchase price plus you will receive a credit for free shipping on a future order!

Q: Do you buy cards?

A: If you have quality items for sale, click the following link to let us know what you have. Sell To Us
